Summary
The primary objective of the annual leadership giving manager is to manage Gamma Phi Beta’s charitable efforts with the goal of meeting the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation’s fundraising and funding goals. The annual leadership giving manager will work to identify, cultivate and steward mid-level donors with a primary objective of developing long-term relationships built on a firm understanding of how individual donor interests, passions and values align with the mission of the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation. This fast-paced and dynamic role is an integral part of the Foundation team contributing to successful results and attainment of Foundation annual and strategic goals.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with two to four years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. For remote applicants, a home office space that allows the applicant to be on phone or video calls throughout the day without interruption is required.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Microsoft 365 suite of software and membership database software (iMIS).

This position is eligible for remote employment.
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience, education and location. The hiring range for this role is $55,000 to $60,000 annually. Gamma Phi Beta offers a full benefits package with an excellent paid-time off package that includes 12 days of vacation plus sick time, personal days, holidays and two weeks of additional paid-time off over the office’s winter break.
