Usuki Japanese Cuisine is looking for Sushi Chefs, Kitchen Chefs and Servers to join our team in Tustin!
Positions Available:
🍣 Sushi Chef Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality sushi with precision and artistry
Ensure the freshness, quality, and safety of ingredients
Oversee the daily operations of the sushi bar
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in sushi preparation
✔ Expertise in both traditional and modern techniques
🔥 Kitchen Chef Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes
Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, and presentation
Work closely with the team to ensure efficiency and consistency
Assist with inventory management and ingredient sourcing
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a Japanese kitchen
✔ Familiarity with hot dishes, simmered dishes, and fried items
🍽️ Server Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a great dining experience
Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle customer requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
