Renobook Interiors is a boutique firm specializing in residential projects near LA area from interior to hardscape designs. An incoming commercial TI (Tenant Improvement) project is coming up soon, so commercial experience is a plus. This position is an internship work-from-home position but will be joining the client meetings and a site visits.
Applicant must be local for necessary site visits.
Assist me with design plans for client project.
Develop construction drawings (AutoCad or Sketch-up Layout is okay).
Source tile, furnitures, lightings, plumbing fixtures, etc all that's need for the interior design.
Develop presentation boards with Power point or other programs.
Must have a car and an active driver license Sketch up 3D is a must. Other 3D programs are okay.
Bilingual language Korean is a plus.
*We will provide a stipend, which will be paid as a lump sum every two weeks enough to cover gas and lunch. We'll be discussing together.
*Working hours are flexible—you can work at your convenience as long as you meet the agreed-upon deadlines. Site meetings will be scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.
