What You'll Do:
👨🍳 Cook dishes using the best local, seasonal ingredients
🔥 Lead the line during service, ensuring speed, consistency & quality
🍽️ Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
👥 Help train and mentor kitchen staff
What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume or farm-to-table/scratch kitchen
✅ Pasta and Pizza: Experience is a plus
✅ Passion: A love for working with fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients
✅ Leadership: Strong ability to guide and support a team
✅ Creativity: Excited about cooking seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes
✅ Efficiency: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✅ Experience: With large group dining and catering is a plus
