Candidate Requirements:
- Has the knowledge and ability to perform all of our trades
- Can lead multiple crews, give direction, correct employee behavior, and keep morale high.
- Can read and follow plans
- Can create checklists and close out jobs
- Can problem solve and correct issues in a home that are caused by our crew, such as electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Knows where to buy all of the supplies that we use.
- Understands what materials typically cost
Must be an expert in:
- Wood replacement
- Structural framing
- Siding
- Stucco
- Waterproof balcony deck coatings
- Should have some knowledge of:
- Painting
- Wrought iron repairs
Will need experience with:
- Boom lifts
- Scaffolding
$80,000-$120,000 depending on experience
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
