We are looking for Pastry cooks to support the extensive Pastry Department lead by our Executive Pastry Chef Charlotte Almayrac.

This is a great opportunity for any passionate craftsman to learn under a master pastry chef and develop their skills as we do everything from scratch from breakfast pastries to ice cream and all the desserts for restaurants and banquet. We do extensive holiday displays as well for the hotel lobby.
Refined verbal communication skills.
2 to 3 years of previous experience in fine dining and high level production preferably in Hotel & Resort setting.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform basic pastry and baking making skills.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
