The position would start as a Part-Time in the morning (Monday-Friday) with the option of converting to a Full-Time role as your experience and knowledge expands. You must have a customer service background with a preference in retail and e-com.
We are a premium leathergoods manufacturer and online retailer since 1981. We employee a small team of (14) in manufacturing, sales and admin. The position will be handling customer requests, orders, returns, product question and general office and administrative duties. Looking for an upbeat and positive person with a great attitude and phone/computer skills.
Must have excellent communication skills (phone & email), computer proficient, including google docs and basic email platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good oral and written communication, organization skills, and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
- Phone & general customer service experience a plus
