Fallbrook Wine Tours is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional part-time driver to join our growing transportation team! We offer relaxing and scenic wine tour experiences in beautiful Fallbrook, CA – and we need someone who loves working with people and can help us deliver a smooth ride.
Job Details:
• Location: Fallbrook, CA (Tours start and end in Oceanside)
• Schedule: Primarily Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Pay: Competitive (discussed during interview)
• Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
• Valid Class C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement (REQUIRED)
• Must be able to pass a drug test immediately
• Familiarity with 15-passenger Sprinter vans is a plus
• Personable and good with people – this is a social experience!
• Open to flexible hours or accepting occasional mid-week bookings
• Must be reliable, responsible, and take great care of our vehicle
Responsibilities:
• Pick up the shuttle from our Oceanside lot on tour days
• Drive clients to and from designated wineries (Fallbrook area)
• Refuel the vehicle when needed (fuel paid by company)
• Take the vehicle to our local partner car wash after tours
• Safely return the shuttle to our lot after the day ends
• Represent the brand professionally and kindly – no wine knowledge necessary!
Bonus:
This role works well for someone already driving for Uber/Lyft or with a flexible schedule looking for consistent weekend hours. We are also expanding into wedding transportation, which could open up more weekday trips.
