Responsibilities:
Making 80-90 cold calls the first few months until you develop your customer base.
Manage inbound sales calls to convert calls into sales.
Maintain and expand the customer database.
Understand detailed information and ability to demonstrate medical devices.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand device specifications and repair processes.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the medical device sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Educational background in a relevant field is preferred.
