Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Window & Door Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury window and door market and a proven track record in outside sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with premium product lines and earn top-tier commissions.

Responsibilities:
• Generate new business and manage existing accounts in assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Provide product recommendations and support based on customer needs
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and quotations
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from quote to delivery

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the window and door industry
• Specific knowledge and familiarity with Fleetwood, Marvin, LaCantina, and Milgard products highly preferred
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
