JOB DESCRIPTION:
Earn $120,000+ per year selling roofing, solar and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)!
OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for driving to one to two new in-home sales appointments per day. During these appointments, you will be providing homeowners an estimate to (1) replace their roof, (2) add a new solar energy system, and/or (3) add additional living space to their home via an ADU.
WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY UNIQUE:
- In-bound lead flow from multiple sources
- Opportunity to sell exciting products (such as ultra-energy-efficient steel roofing systems offered by less than 2% of all roofing contractors, solar integrated systems offered by GAF ENERGY and TESLA (some of these systems are not offered by very few other contractors!), SkyLoft ADU (proprietary to McCormack) and amazing in-house financing!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of in-home sales experience (home improvement)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of learning estimating software and digital lead management tools provided by the company
WHAT TO BE PREPARED FOR:
- This is a commission only position (this position pays a high-rate of commission under a proven model -- other reps are thriving!)
- You must be prepared for a 60 day ramp up period (training will be for one weeks, then the typical sales cycle will take 30-60 days)
- There is quite a bit of driving as our estimators take appointments all through OC and LA
