Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support through phone, email, or live chat. Youll represent our brand and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
This is a fully remote position, open only to applicants based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, or orders
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Update customer accounts and document interactions in our system
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team
Follow company procedures and maintain a high level of service
Meet daily or weekly performance targets, such as call response time or satisfaction scores
Work with your team to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
Must live in the United States and be authorized to work
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
