Applicant Attorney's office seeking full-time case managers with Workers' Compensation knowledge and experience working at a law firm. Candidates are required to have the following qualifications:
* Must be punctual and reliable.
* Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
* Must be professional and work well in a team environment.
* Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to work well with minimal supervision.
* Must have excellent customer service skills to converse directly with clients, attorneys, clerical personnel, doctor offices and insurance adjusters.
* Must have the ability to multi-task and resolve minor issues.
* Must have knowledge and experience with the following programs: e-filing, eams, Ikase or A1law, as well as excellent computer skills
* Must be capable of prioritizing daily responsibilities to ensure all deadlines are met.
Job Responsibilities are as follows for the Case Manager positions:
* Administrative support for Attorneys and excellent Customer Service to our Clients.
* Monitor, oversee and manage Workers' Compensation cases from Intake to Settlement preparation.
* Filing for PQME Panel and setting Doctor exams.
* Filing and serving legal correspondence, searching MPN networks and executing change of treating physician, e-filing and amending applications for adjudication.
* Preparing legal documents and exhibits for Trials.
