About the Role
As our Reservations Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking to checkout. Your responsibilities include:
Managing reservations, room assignments, shuttle schedules, and check-ins
Coordinating with booking agencies and rental house platforms
Supervising cleaning staff and conducting room checks
Preparing final bills for checkout and handling feedback-driven adjustments
Assisting with customer service, maintenance requests, and quality control
Using MS Office Suite, Google Drive, Google Calendars, and WhatsApp
Having some familiarity with kiteboarding, winging, fishing, spearfishing, diving, and nature excursions (a plus)
Who We’re Looking For:
Organized, upbeat, and eager to grow with us
Fluent in English and at least conversational Spanish
Excited about living in a small town, being part of a tight-knit team, and spending time on the water
Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or guest services preferred
