We are looking for a motivated Rehasher to join our home improvement company’s dispatch team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with previous leads, potential clients, and past customers to re-engage them and schedule new estimates or service appointments. You will play a key role in maximizing sales opportunities by turning cold leads into active projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact past leads and customers via phone, and text to generate new business.
• Overcome objections and highlight the benefits of our services to encourage scheduling.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate notes on customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
• Follow up with customers after appointments to assist in closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or hesitations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call scripts is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
