Administrative Assistant and Customer Service
We are looking for a reliable, people-oriented front - or back-office assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-paced office environment.
This unique opportunity involves various tasks, including managing busy phones, being the office administrative assistant, having face-to-face interactions with clients/tenants, having phone interactions with tenants and others, letter writing, and office assistance in administrative tasks. You'll be part of a BUSY WLA property management office, where every day is a new and exciting challenge.
This full-time position offers stability and a consistent work schedule from 8:30-5:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
*Computer knowledge/skills required (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zillow)
*Knowledge or experience with Appfolio property management is a plus
*Bilingual is a plus but not required
*Previous office or phone receptionist experience
*Good letter-writing skills
*Good communication skills and the ability to communicate well with others.
*Punctual and Able to show up to work daily
*Ability to work with and collaborate with others, with an "I CAN DO" attitude
*Ability to work with little or no supervision
*Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
