Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)

Full-time position; must have legal work status and be able to file taxes

Location:
Arcadia, CA – convenient location with parking lot

Requirements:
Age: 18 to 40
Fluent and clear spoken and written English is required
Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, French, or Italian is a strong plus
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, eager to learn, responsible, positive, hardworking, and a team player
No experience required – comprehensive training will be provided (prior experience is a plus)
Willingness to start from the basics and grow into a sales role

Job Responsibilities:
3-month probation & training period (may vary between 3–6 months depending on progress)
Start by assisting with order confirmations, email responses, and basic phone communication with clients
Learn product knowledge, customer service processes, and company operations
Participate in basic quality control, packaging, and shipping tasks as part of the training
Upon completion of the training period and consistent performance, you may be promoted to Sales Representative, independently managing customer accounts and orders

Communication with clients will include emails, phone calls, video meetings, and in-person meetings (may involve occasional business travel or participation in trade shows)
