- Minimum of 2 years Full-Service Restaurant Management experience required and Fine Dining Management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of FOH and BOH operations, ability to multi task, commitment to hospitality, adaptability, knowledge and execution of financials/budgets
- 50+ hrs. work week, afternoons/evenings/nights, weekends and holidays are a requirement.
