Office Assistant / Bookkeeper Assistant – Part Time
A private real estate management company in Escondido is looking for the right person to fill the position that our 14 year employee is vacating to retire. The environment is in a professional office building a couple of blocks from the downtown Grand Avenue district. We are looking for someone with unquestionable ethics, honesty, integrity and confidentiality.

Organizing
Business Math
Account Reconciliation
Light Bookkeeping
Light Phones
Banking
Post Office & Shipping
Memos & Correspondence by Mail and e-mail
Administration involving a wide variety of dealings
Skills Desired:
Accuracy of work
Efficiency of work
Abilities to “Figure it Out”
Organized
Good with Numbers / Basic Accounting
PC – Word, Excel, Net, Quickbooks
Must Have:
Positive Attitude
People Skills both in person and over the phone
A Valid DL, Reliable Vehicle & Auto Insurance that meets our required minimum policy limits
Offering:
Part Time Postion of 20-Hours per-week Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Starting Wage $20.00 per-hour
