This position will support the company’s efficient delivery of architectural designs and construction drawings for permit processing.
Job Requirements
· Degree from an accredited architecture program.
· Minimum of 4 to 7 years of architectural design and production of construction documents.
· Minimum of 4 to 7 years CAD experience in California single-family residential projects.
· Proficient in AutoCAD.
· Experience processing clearances.
· Ability to multi-task and schedule work with multiple deadlines.
· Excellent customer service skills.
Willing to go to the job site to take measurements and photos.
· Superior communication and organization skills.
Required to work in our office. Remote work will not be considered.
· US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
Full time or part time will be considered.
