Chatsworth (California) based manufacturing company is looking for candidates to fill the following Part-Time and Full-Time position;
- Building and Facilities Maintenance Assistant
This position is part-time (20-30 hours/week) or full-time (30-40 hours/week) Monday through Friday. Our operating hours are from 7:30am-4pm, there is only one shift and overtime is occasionally available.

Invelop Inc. dba Double K Industries has been designing and manufacturing pet grooming products locally for 40+ years and strives to provide a good working environment for our employees, many of whom have been working here for over 10 years. We primarily manufacture equipment and supplies for the pet grooming industry which includes hair dryers, clippers, shampoos, cologne and conditioners as well as leather and wood care products sold worldwide. While we have enjoyed strong and steady growth, we know that we must look toward the future and build upon our solid foundation. We are preparing to expand our product range to reach into new markets with innovative and practical items. We are willing to provide some training and educational courses for the position as well as in other desired areas.

STARTING WAGE of $18-20 per hour depending on experience/skill.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities/skills:
•Bright, Energetic, resourceful, honest and dependable
•Strong work ethic
•Good math skills
•Efficient and organized personal work habits
-English speaking preferred, Bilingual a plus
Duties may include:
-Cleaning and maintaining mixing and filling equipment.
-Helping to prepare for or assist with various construction projects.
-Cleaning or helping to maintain various tools or pieces of equipment.
Experience in at least one or more of the following fields;
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Painting
• Flooring
• Painting/Patching/Drywall
• Building Maintenance
• Welding in general
It would be a bonus (not necessary) if candidate ALSO had experience in;
• Liquid Filling Machine Setup/Installation/Maintenance
• Car/Truck Mechanic skills
• Stainless TIG welding
We have 6 paid holidays (effective after 90 days) and 1 week paid personal time available at 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years.
