What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and test traffic controller products – both electronic and mechanical.
- Follow step-by-step work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices.
- Load software and install labels on finished products.
- Package and prep controllers for shipment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly (preferred).
- Comfortable using hand tools, soldering, and working with electrical components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Able to stand, bend, and work with small components throughout your shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, and bend at the waist for extended periods of time
Ability to handle small components and use hand tools effectively for extended periods of time.
Performing repetitive tasks such as screwing, soldering, or wiring.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Safety sensitive position—will be required to work with electrical components.

COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this full-time non-exempt position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
