The Talent & Culture team is being elevated and modernized to meet the organization's future needs, and this Director role will be integral in shaping that evolution. As the Director of Talent & Culture, you will be a key leader, second to the Associate Vice President, Talent & Culture (AVP, T+C), responsible for executing the Talent & Culture team's workplan and managing the day-to-day operations of the function. You will operationalize the AVP’s strategic vision and ensure the effective delivery of Talent & Culture programs and services that empower our employees and drive organizational success.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,0000/year and is commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience. Under California Law, Abode Communities is required to post a reasonable estimate of compensation for this role. This salary shown above is the budgeted amount Abode Communities reasonably expects to pay, and the salary offered to candidates will not exceed this posted amount. Additionally, a full benefits package is offered which includes health, dental and vision insurance, long term disability insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation and sick leave benefits. Abode Communities' corporate staff work on a 9/80 schedule allowing for every other Friday off.
