Experienced Host Wanted – Rumari, Laguna Beach (Laguna Beach)

Rumari, a long-standing Italian and Greek restaurant in the heart of Laguna Beach, is seeking a seasoned Host to join our front-of-house team.
Position: Host
Pay: $22–$25 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Approx. 30 hours/week
Availability: Must be available Wednesday through Sunday (We are closed Monday and Tuesday)
Shifts begin at 2:30 PM and include evenings and weekends
Benefits:
Medical insurance offered after 60 days of employment
50% employee discount for shift meal
25% discount when dining with guests (up to 8 people)
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional demeanor and a calm presence under pressure
Must be comfortable managing reservations and guest flow during busy evenings
Experience in Italian dining a plus
