Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to assist our Litigation Paralegals. The ideal candidate will support paralegals in a variety of tasks related to personal injury litigation. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist paralegals with gathering and organizing medical records, billing statements, and other critical documents.

Prepare and issue subpoenas and other legal documents using firm templates.

Maintain accurate and organized client files, both physical and digital.

Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and other parties to obtain necessary documentation.

Manage calendaring, including court dates, deadlines, and appointments.

Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances, ensuring timely communication with all involved parties.

Draft routine correspondence and manage client communications under paralegal supervision.

Assist with preparation and filing of legal documents in compliance with court requirements.

Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, copying, scanning, and document formatting.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a related administrative role within a law firm preferred.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal document management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
