Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our digital dental laboratory. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong administrative and customer service skills who can manage office functions, staff coordination, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supply inventory, and workflow coordination.
Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations.
Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records, including billing, payroll coordination, and vendor management.
Collaborate with different departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
