Trust and probate litigation boutique law firm seeking full-time paralegal/legal assistant. The ideal candidate would be accomplished in all facets of litigation including document organization and review, both paper and electronic; redaction of privileged documents; retrieval and organization of exhibits for court filings; summarizing depositions, document productions and related records; propounding and responding to discovery, preparing records subpoenas; communication with clients, courts and outside vendors; preparation of pre-trial pleadings, exhibit and witness lists; and providing support at trial. Must have excellent communication, organization, and computer skills to assist with correspondence, scheduling, filing, mailings, and managing attorney calendar. Must have positive attitude and be a team player.

EXPERIENCE:· Minimum 3-4 years trust and probate litigation experience.· Excellent word processing skills, including ability to generate Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities.· Familiarity with state court rules.· Familiarity with Judicial Council forms.· Experience with e-filing in state courts.· High level of expertise with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES:· Support attorneys/paralegals in all aspects of litigation: file petitions, pleadings, motions, propounding and responding to discovery, and prepare subpoenas.· Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
