Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host and/or Barista to join our team. In this dual role, you will welcome guests, handle beverage preparation, and ensure an exceptional experience for everyone who visits our studio. If you are passionate about wellness and enjoy creating connections, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffee, teas, and health-focused refreshments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, sauna, cold plunges, and wellness space.
Process transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system.
Provide information about our services, including cold plunge and sauna options, to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
Passion for health, wellness, and the benefits of cold plunge and sauna experiences.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow checklists and adhere to our cleaning and maintenance guidelines
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
