Make Things Happen — Construction & Property Office Leader (Part-Time, (Northridge)

Santtia Construction

compensation: Starting at $18 – $25!
employment type: part-time
experience level: senior level
job title: Bilingual Construction & Property Office Manager
Make Things Happen — Construction & Property Office Leader (Part-Time, Spanish-English)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
You’ve been in the trenches of a construction or property management office. You’ve made it work. You’ve turned chaos into control. Now, it’s time to do it again—this time, with a fast-growing contractor who needs a strong hand to keep the operation moving.

I’m a general contractor and property owner in Northridge, expanding rapidly. I don’t need someone to follow orders—I need a leader. A decision-maker. Someone who knows the back end of construction like the back of their hand.

This isn’t about just keeping up—it’s about taking charge. Owning the workflow. Anticipating problems before they happen. You’ve done this before. You’ve got the experience, the confidence, and the drive to take control.

WHO YOU ARE:

You’ve got 5–10 years of real experience in a construction or property management office—you know the demands.
You’ve handled inspections, permit submittals, job folders, scheduling, lien releases, certificates, payments, and more.
You’re a natural coordinator—keeping subcontractors, city departments, tenants, vendors, and owners aligned and on schedule.
You’re bilingual (Spanish-English) and communicate clearly at every level.
You’re proactive—you see what’s needed before being asked and handle it without hesitation.
You take pride in a smooth, efficient office—keeping paperwork, calls, schedules, and payments in order.
You’re not just an assistant—you’re a force that keeps things moving.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Take full ownership of office operations: paperwork, compliance, schedules, tracking, follow-ups.
Manage communication between the field and the office—subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, tenants.
Develop and maintain reliable systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Keep the workflow streamlined—even when I’m not there.
Bring new ideas to improve how we handle operations, invoices, and documentation.
Track payments, deadlines, and compliance to make sure we stay ahead.
WHAT YOU GET:

Part-time, flexible schedule based in Northridge.
Direct access to the owner—you’re not just another employee.
Real influence on how we grow—your input will shape how we operate.
The opportunity to grow with the company if we’re a good fit.
The satisfaction of knowing you’re the one who keeps the machine running.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:

If you need constant supervision or guidance—this is not the job for you.
If you’re unfamiliar with construction or property management office demands—look elsewhere.
If you don’t know how to keep systems tight and organized—this isn’t the role for you.
HOW TO APPLY:

Send your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
Include 2–3 examples of how you’ve taken charge of office systems in construction or property management.
Bonus: Send your response in both English and Spanish.
I’m not looking for someone to just keep the office afloat—I’m looking for someone who takes pride in keeping it running efficiently and ahead of the game. If you’re the one who knows how to make things happen—reach out today.
