DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more storage sites
• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions
• Improve sales through unit rentals, insurance sales, and moving supplies
• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements
• Handle cash, balance receipts, post payments, and process daily bank deposits
• Maintain cleanliness and perform general maintenance duties
• Work independently while also collaborating with team members
• Travel between locations as needed
