Responsibilities:
-Designing and prepare a diverse menu of Lebanese dishes, mezza, grilled meat, and traditional desserts
-Insuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served.
-Managing kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
-Training and supervising the kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation
-Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine, with a strong portfolio of traditional dishes
-In depth knowledge of Lebanese ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques
-Ability to develop new innovative Lebanese-inspired recipes
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to customers
