Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high-quality food standards, and fostering a positive team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

· Ordering & Inventory Management: Ensure all necessary ingredients and supplies are stocked and available.

· Staff Management: Interview, hire, train, and coach kitchen staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.

· Cost Control: Monitor products and labor expenses to optimize profitability.

· Menu Development: Collaborate with the team to create specials and innovate Daily Specials.

· Leadership: Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

· Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation and company standards.


Qualifications:

· Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

· Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.

· Creativity in menu planning and problem solving.
