Achilles Coffee Roasters is adding additional team members to our food staff. We are a locally owned, independent coffee roaster.
We have a breakfast and lunch menu and are looking for a new team member in our kitchen.
We have 5 shifts all candidates must be available to work weekends.
2+ years of line cook and food prep experience is required.
The majority of our food sales are during breakfast hours so you will be preparing made to order breakfast sandwiches and toasts.
Prep responsibilities include making syrups, slicing meat, cheese and vegetables.
We have two kitchen staff on a shift so it requires you to multi-task, work quickly, and efficiently as a team.
Required skills:
Multi-task, Team Player, Self Starter, Clean and Organized Worker, Excellent Communicator, Ability to Anticipate and Forecast Supply Needs, Ability to Prepare and Present Food According to Menu Specifications.

Weekends and one weekday shift
6:30am-2:30pm
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prep ingredients for our menu
Prepare all food items to meet Achilles Coffee standards
Maintain the kitchen clean and organized.
Manage opening and closing duties.
2+ years of previous kitchen prep and food experience is required.
$19-$20/hr + tips
