Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee company operations, inventory, and staff management.
-Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
-Manage budgets, financials, and meet performance targets.

-Use your construction expertise to guide projects and customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
-5+ years of leadership-management experience in retail, construction, or home improvement.
-10 years of construction and /or flooring experience
-GC License or equivalent construction-related certification preferred.
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Experience with estimates, project management, and handling construction-related inquiries.
-Knowledge of flooring products and remodeling processes.
-Experience with CRM management or automated systems is a plus.
