A+ BBB rated Real Estate Civil Litigation, Eviction Defense and Probate Law firm with Multi-State Practice looking for the perfect candidate(s) that posses the ability to work independently as well under direct multi-Lawyer supervision to handle a heavy case load. Must be very organized and posses the ability to work calmly under high volume. MUST be reliable and detail oriented. Multitasking and maintaining a professional demeaner under pressure while trouble shooting is a must. Work directly under the vast 120 + years of combined experienced State Bar Licensed Onsite staff Attorney's. Ability to work well with co-workers, court personnel and opposing counsel with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. SPANISH SPEAKING A HUGE PLUS . SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH DISCOVERY PROCEDURE. We have a very busy environment.
Please have a minimum of 3-5 years of Unlawful Detainer, Civil litigation, Bankruptcy and or PROBATE experience a plus.
Supervisory experience is helpful as this position may consist of assigning and delegating various tasks to outside non California Counsel and paralegals.
