We’re looking for a Client Services Associate to join our SimpleSettle team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Client Services Associate, you’ll play a vital role in guiding clients through the settlement process. From onboarding to resolution, you’ll provide hands-on support, ensuring a smooth experience for business owners in need of financial relief.

This role is perfect for a problem-solver, strong communicator, and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, tackling challenges, and making a real difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from you.

After six months of demonstrated success, you’ll also have the opportunity to earn commissions, rewarding your hard work and dedication.

What You’ll Do
✅ Manage client relationships from onboarding through settlement completion.
✅ Act as a liaison between clients and opposing parties, ensuring clear, professional communication.
✅ Oversee data entry, maintain meticulous records, and manage internal and court-related calendars. 📅
✅ Submit offers to creditors and track collections to ensure timely payments.
✅ Educate clients on PRG’s role in the settlement process and clearly articulate the value of our services.
✅ Identify opportunities to offer additional PRG services when appropriate.
✅ Maintain a calm, confident, and professional presence in a fast-moving work environment.

What We’re Looking For
✅A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
✅Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
✅Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
✅Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, DocuSign, CRM systems, and basic web applications.
✅Someone with strong problem-solving skills who can ask the right questions and build trust with clients.
✅Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus! (But not required.)
