Join Our Team! Bartenders in the Miyako Hotel’s Bar Lounge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare beverages requested by customers
• Coordinate food service with restaurant(s) for bar/lounge guests if applicable
• Set up bar including all liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies
• Inventory unused liquor and beverages.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments.
• Formal bartending training preferred.
• 1-2 years previous experience.
• Basic Computer (POS system) and cash register knowledge, without supervision.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Alcohol awareness certification.
• Valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
