Are you skilled in (preferably multiple, but) at least one area such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, waterproofing, drywall, painting, stucco, concrete, or other general repairs? Do you take pride in your work and possess a strong sense of responsibility? Are you willing to expand your skillset in a cross-training program to help you level up your skills in other areas of work? If so, KMK is seeking a motivated Facilities Service Specialist who is eager to expand their skills and join our dynamic team!

Your Role:

• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance for residential properties.
• Work independently, managing your schedule and tasks efficiently.
• 💵 Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent after-hours/weekend repairs. (Overtime!) 💵

What We Require:

• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Own a truck and have current vehicle insurance.
• Legal eligibility to work in the USA.
• Willingness to demonstrate your skills in an on-site interview.
