ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

"Must have 3 years Sushi Chef experience."

• Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
• Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared and the portions that are served.
• Set-up and break down workstation.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Monitor food quality while preparing food.
• May assist by performing other kitchen duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting with set up and break down of function space, and plating of meals.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Other duties may be assigned.
