RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Supervise and inspect daily cleaning activities to meet specifications and quality standards at
client sites across your territory
•Coordinate and maintain all facilities supplies and equipment maintenance schedules and
standards
•Prepare, analyze, and submit reports on work activities and operations regularly using a variety
of internal technology systems/Projects and quality/audit procedures
•Recruit, hire, train,n and coach a team. Set and manage team schedules, administer
time/attendance systems, maintain accurate employee records
•Set and manage performance expectations and deliverables, coach, redirect, and corrective action
•Identify high-potential employees, develop and facilitate access to opportunities for growth
•Communicate with the customer regularly to understand their needs and ongoing satisfaction
•Identify new requirements & opportunities for expanded services in the client sites we serve
•Respond and provide immediate support for after-hour emergencies as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Working knowledge of CIMS-GB Standards
•Minimum of 5+ years’ success operating in a management role responsible for an
operations/services team, in the cleaning/janitorial/maintenance/housekeeping environment
•A high degree of passion, know-how, and experience implementing and maintaining high
standards of quality, service,e and operational excellence
•Record of delivering high performance by achieving results individually and through your team
•Value and understanding of the client’s expectations and work hard towards delivering
excellence in client servicing, building relationships, and partnering to offer solutions to
challenging problems
•The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment and effectively manage change
•Excellent problem-solving skills - using your expertise and ingenuity to find smart solutions
•Strong technical skills to learn and work with a variety of software, such as Office Suite,
CleanTelligent, etc.
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, on-call
•Ability and willingness to travel regularly within your designated territory
Mandatory
Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean background, and be able to pass a drug test.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must
Performs related work as assigned.
