Undercover Trespasser – On-Call

Are you observant, detail-oriented, and skilled at assessing security procedures? Secur IT Guard Company Inc. is hiring Undercover Trespassers to evaluate the effectiveness of our onsite security officers across various locations.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct undercover visits at assigned properties by attempting to enter as:
A trespasser trying to gain access.
A guest or friend visiting a tenant.
A delivery worker attempting unauthorized deliveries.
✅ Observe and document security officers' responses to unauthorized access attempts.
✅ Test guards by escalating access requests after initial denial.
✅ Evaluate officer professionalism, adherence to site protocols, and response effectiveness.
✅ Submit detailed reports through TrackTik.
✅ Clock in and out using TrackTik for timesheet accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites.
✔️ Parking fees will be reimbursed with proof of payment.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
✔️ Ability to remain in character and handle different security scenarios.
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
✔️ Strong written communication skills for reporting.
✔️ Previous experience in security is a plus (not required).
