Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner while managing cash and credit transactions accurately
Maintain an organized and secure cash drawer throughout the shift
Balance register and complete end-of-night cash-outs or shift reports
Monitor guest flow at cashier station, helping with crowd control and guest questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Follow all financial procedures and company policies to prevent errors, loss, or fraud
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when needed
