We are a small, growing landscaping company specializing in both maintenance and installation projects. With exciting new projects on the horizon, we are looking to add a dedicated team member to help maintain and install high-quality landscapes across San Diego.
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable full-time landscape maintenance and installation worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for landscaping, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality. As part of our small, close-knit team, you will be expected to contribute to both maintenance and installation tasks, as well as handle driving to and from various job sites.
• Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding
• Assist with landscape installation tasks such as planting, irrigation systems, and hardscaping
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools (e.g., mowers, blowers, weed eaters)
• Drive to job sites (using your own vehicle or a company vehicle, depending on availability)
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Work as part of a team or independently to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License (own vehicle preferred)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Previous landscaping experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation:
• Hourly pay based on experience: Starting at $17-18/hr depending on experience.
• Mileage reimbursement if using your own vehicle (IRS standard rate: $0.67/mile)
• Full-time, year-round work
Work Hours:
-6am-2:30pm
-5am-1:30pm
