What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking friendly and energetic individuals with a passion for hospitality to join our team as Servers. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or food allergies).
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
