Sales For Security Guard Services
pay: 22$ an hour + 2% commission.
6 hours per day;5 day a week.
Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
*Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
*Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
*Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
*Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
*Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
*Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
*Working with sales team when closing sale.
*Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Sales Requirements and Qualifications:
*Ability to Drive around the area for job related duties.
*Ability to drop flyers as locations and getting proper information for leads.
*Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
*Persuasive and goal-oriented.
*Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
*Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.
*Self-motivated and self-directed.
*Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
*In-depth understanding of company services.
*Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

What we look for:
*High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
*Previous sales experience required; 2 years of Sales Experience preferred.
*Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships.
* Action-oriented individuals, with the drive to push sales to successful closure.
*Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Lastly, we need someone who can come to the office 5 days per week!
