Qualifications:
• Overweight or obese but otherwise healthy male or female
• Age 18 to 75
• Not currently on any medications except for hormone replacement or contraceptives.
• Body Mass Index (BMI) between 27 and 38 kg/m²
• Available for 1 screening visit, an 8-night stay, and 5 outpatient visits
