Customer Experience & Executive Assistant
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized individual to join our team in a dual role supporting both our boutique retail shop and our auxiliary household staffing business.
Responsibilities include:
Customer Service: Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service in-person at our small retail shop, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for every guest. Speak confidently about our thoughtfully curated home and lifestyle products, as well as the services offered by our household staffing business.
Client Support: Provide excellent communication and follow-up with clients of our household staffing division, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial contact to placement.
Executive Assistance: Support the business owner with a variety of administrative and operational tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, client follow-ups, light bookkeeping, and organization of business activities across both companies.
Team Support: Help with daily shop operations, stocking & tagging products, product merchandising, and maintaining a clean and inviting retail environment..
Newsletter and Email Management: Help create and distribute bi-weekly newsletter, manage mailing lists, and send email communications.
Social Media Management: Oversee and update content for two social media accounts to enhance online presence and engage with our community. Must be comfortable speaking in front of the camera and assist with social media channels engagement.
Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge and experience with ChatGPT and AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline tasks including newsletters, blogs, email blasts, social media captions, event flyers.
Prior experience in customer service and/or executive assisting and retail.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok and basic marketing principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
