I’m a 37-year-old man with Cerebral Palsy seeking compassionate and reliable IHSS caregivers to join my care team. I use a Hoyer lift for transfers and need support with daily activities to maintain a stable and comfortable living environment.
**Available Shifts:**
- **Weekdays:** Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 10 AM to 2 PM - 48 hours per month
- **Weeknights:** Monday through Friday – 7 PM to 11 PM - 80 hours per month
- **Weekends:** Saturday, Sunday – 8 PM to 12 AM - 40 hours per month
**What You’ll Do:**
- Assist with daily routines like personal care, meal prep, and other activities.
- Help with light housekeeping: dishes, laundry, and keeping my home clean.
- Work well with my care team to ensure smooth and consistent support.
**What I’m Looking For:**
- Responsible, punctual, and open to learning.
- Respectful and professional, with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (no travel reimbursement).
- Ability to focus on care duties without distractions.
**Special Notes:**
- Preference given to current IHSS providers in North Long Beach.
- If you’re not yet registered as an IHSS provider, you must complete the registration process (orientation, fingerprinting, and paperwork).
