What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
As a Sales Representative, your daily activities will focus on generating new business and following up with leads to ensure steady sales growth. You can expect to:
π Work Within Your Assigned Territory β Focus on specific zip codes to develop relationships and establish a strong local customer base.
πͺ Knock on Doors β Engage with homeowners and business owners in your territory to introduce our maintenance services, build rapport, and generate interest.
π Follow Up with Leads β Call and email prospects who have shown interest, answer their questions, and guide them toward signing up.
π Manage a Sales Pipeline β Keep track of potential customers, set follow-up reminders, and maintain organized records of your interactions.
π€ Present & Pitch β Deliver compelling service presentations that highlight the benefits of our subscription plans, both in-person and over the phone.
π Close Deals & Process Sign-Ups β Handle customer objections, negotiate terms when needed, and successfully close sales to meet or exceed targets.
π Report & Improve β Log sales activities, track performance metrics, and collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and share best practices.

Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Build strong relationships with homeowners and business owners by understanding their maintenance needs and pain points.
Present and educate clients on the benefits of our subscription-based maintenance plans, providing tailored solutions that offer convenience, cost savings, and peace of mind.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight the advantages of our services.
Understanding the offering: Providing the right offering means understanding who your customers are is critical. Sales representatives are expected to understand customerβs needs and how our offerings can be ideal solutions for them.
Effectively guide prospects through the sales process, address concerns, and close deals efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering upselling and referral opportunities.
πΉ Territory Management & Reporting
Work strategically within assigned zip codes to develop a customer base and maximize sales potential.
Track and report sales activity, performance, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to continuously improve sales techniques.
Work within the provided tool set (experience with Service Titan Crew Control is a plus)
