- Ensure proper scheduling levels to meet patient demand.
Patient Care & Relations:
- Oversee patient appointments, making sure they are scheduled efficiently and according to each child's needs.
- Ensure patients and their families receive exceptional care and customer service.
- Address patient concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A background in healthcare, administration or a related field is an asset.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare setting or a community clinic is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
